We want you to love your sparkling water experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all SodaStream products purchased directly from our website. Please note that for safety reasons, CO2 cylinders are non-returnable but can be exchanged through our convenient refill program.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our Sparkle Support team via our online portal or email with your order number and reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all machine components and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 14 days of receiving your authorization.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
